Janette’s conveyancing career commenced in 2007 at a solicitor firm. From 2012 to 2016, she gained valuable experience managing Deceased Estates and Estate Litigation. Returning to a solicitor firm in 2016, she continued to thrive in the conveyancing field. Janette joined our team in 2022, and she, along with Peter and Jo, will likely be one of the first points of contact when you visit our office.

With her meticulous approach, Janette manages contract and section 32 reviews, ensuring that all necessary documents are accurate and comprehensive. She also specialises in the preparation of sale contracts and section 32 statements for clients selling their properties. Janette’s attention to detail guarantees a smooth process for our clients.

Outside of work, Janette’s talents extend beyond conveyancing. She is a qualified pastry chef, often surprising the office staff with yummy treats. Additionally, she adores her very untrained cat, adding a touch of warmth and charm to our team.
